Ho Hum! Microsoft bunts naming Microsoft Hohm!
Naming products and campaigns is challenging. Here’s the latest example of a huge naming gaff: Microsoft Hohm. Hohm can be added to a rich and diverse set of bad names and campaigns – like Chevrolet Nova, which, in Spanish means “No Go”, “Nads” hair removal strips for men, “Say Wa” ad campaign for Washington State, “666 Cold Preparation”, “ScarZone” scar elimination cream.

TCP/IP for Dummies 6th Edition Complete
Marshall Wilensky and his wife, Candace Leiden recently completed the sixth edition of TCP/IP for Dummies. It is published in twelve different languages. Marshall and Candace are dear friends of ours. Marshall was a long time Lotus employee and worked in my group in IBM Partnerworld for Software.
