Is “Just Sayin” the new “Like?

It appears that the new politically correct soft landing for I might offend you might be:  “Just sayin’” There also appears to be an unlimited number of potential uses.  So, I’m just saying that “just sayin’” isn’t in the urban dictionary and perhaps it should be.  Here are some potential meanings:

• You understand me but I want to make sure you understand.  Understand?
• I completely disagree but really, I hear what you’re saying, so listen to this anyway, ok?
• I’m apologizing in advance and/or this might offend you but you need to hear this.
• Don’t get your undies in a bunch but you might be surprised to know that….

I’m just sayin’ that it might be reduced to “Just” pretty soon….
